We shopped around and got quotes from other agencies prior to meeting with Willow Wood. Rachel is our agent and she was able to beat every other quote AND offer us better coverage and advice. She helped us find very competitive pricing on both our homeowners and auto insurance, but more importantly, she made sure we had the right coverage and that all of our bases were covered.

Insurance is definitely not my area of expertise, so I really appreciated how Rachel took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. She answered our questions, walked us through our options, and made the whole process incredibly easy.

I never realized how underinsured and ignored I was!!!   Rachel Mars was amazing.  She is prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. She was patient and explained the policy with comparisons to my old and saved me a good amount of money also.
