  Feeling ignored by my independent agent, Willow Wood was suggested to me by a friend.  I never realized how underinsured and ignored I was!!!   Rachel Mars was amazing.  She is prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. She was patient and explained the policy with comparisons to my old and saved me a good amount of money also.   Kristen was AMAZING to work with as we moved from one insurance broker to her.  Not only was her communication prompt and helpful she took the time to talk with me on the phone when I was unclear about something.  She made things easy to understand which is not always easy to do with insurance!  I would HIGHLY recommend her and her company for all your insurance needs.
